American Apparel LLC may not be far away from the second bankruptcy.

Producers and retailers are preparing to file for bankruptcy again, which will probably take place in the next few weeks.
According to people familiar with the matter, American Apparel LLC has failed to get enough improvement in its performance since its reorganization and bankruptcy in February. It has sought help from restructured company Berkeley Research Group.
