1. Fill in the application for opening an account.

Each unit requires that an account be opened in the bank, an application must be made to the Bank of accounts and fill in the application form for opening an account.

(7) the subsidiary organizations of each subsidiary should submit the examination certificate of their jurisdictional units when opening accounts. If a basic deposit account is opened, an opening permit issued by the local branch of the PBC must be submitted to the bank.

3, fill in and submit seal cards.

At the same time, when you submit the application for opening an account and the certificate of the relevant unit, you should fill in the seal card of the bank.

The name of the card printed on the seal card must be the same as the unit name. The official seal of the unit shall be stamped on the card, and the three seals of the person in charge or the head of the financial institution and the cashier.

The seal card is a legally binding payment basis agreed by the opening bank and the bank.

When the bank handles settlement business for an account unit, it will check the authenticity of the payment certificate with the seal reserved by the opening unit.

If the seal on the payment voucher is inconsistent with the reserved seal, the bank refuses to pay the payment business to ensure the safety of the bank deposit.

At the same time, the seal on the card clearly defined the responsibility of the bank to protect the rights of the bank.

4. Opening bank review.

The bank's application for opening accounts, relevant certificates, seal cards, accounting cards of accountants and other documents submitted by the opening bank shall be examined according to the relevant provisions.

After examination and approval by the bank, the bank determines the accounts, registration, opening and issuing of certificates.
