During the reporting period, the company actively implemented "platform strategy", "member strategy", "multi brand strategy" and "supply chain strategy" to implement the O2O platform.
However, the current investment can not immediately generate benefits, and because of the relocation of production base has produced a one-time separation compensation costs, to a certain extent, has affected the brand clothing profitability.
From the perspective of channel benefits, the company's self operated outlets and shopping arcade outlets respectively realized operating income of 1 billion 142 million 65 thousand and 800 yuan and 1 billion 227 million 922 thousand and 200 yuan, 5.52% and 6.05% lower than that of the same period last year; the franchise outlets realized 117 million 486 thousand and 200 yuan, a 14.63% decrease from the same period last year; group buying business achieved 240 million 729 thousand yuan of operating income, 8.97% lower than that of the same period last year; online channels continued to grow, achieving operating income 74 million 430 thousand and 100 yuan, an increase of 127.59% over the same period last year.

From the perspective of multi brand operation, the four sub brands of Hart Schaffner Marx, GY, HANP and MAYOR have maintained healthy development. The total revenue of the company has reached 291 million 288 thousand and 700 yuan, an average increase of 9.25%. Sales accounted for 10.39%, an increase of 1.36 percentage points over the same period last year, and sales gross profit of 178 million 233 thousand and 200 yuan.
YOUNGOR said that in the next five years, the company plans to invest 10 billion yuan to strengthen new materials, new fabrics and new products.
