In order to limit the increase of costs, importers are more inclined to purchase cheap chemical fiber products. Therefore, from the point of view of imports, imports of pure cotton clothing in the United States in the third quarter of 2016 decreased by 17% compared with the same period in 2011, while the imports of chemical fiber clothing increased by 27% over the same period last year.
