Alimjan Yasin introduced that in 2015, the autonomous region developed "information platform for cotton target price reform in autonomous regions", effectively integrated information resources of development and reform, agriculture, finance, quality supervision and other departments, realized data sharing, completed data collection and comprehensive analysis of planting area, sales volume, price and processing capacity, and realized the whole process monitoring of cotton planting, seed cotton purchasing, lint processing, warehousing and logistics, and textile processing.

"Through the information platform, the cotton growers' planting information, selling information and subsidy information are all electronically managed, and precise subsidies have been achieved.
