The Technical Regulations For The Management Of Footwear Stores Will Be Formally Implemented In October 1, 2017.

The Ministry of Commerce issued the Announcement No. second of 2017 (the announcement of the Ministry of Commerce on the acceptance of the code for the acceptance of electronic commerce commodities and other 34 domestic trade standards), SB/T 11188-2017.

It will be formally implemented in October 1, 2017.

The standard was drafted jointly by the China Leather Association and the China leather and footwear industry research institute, and the domestic trade standards agreed by the Ministry of Commerce.

The purpose of this standard is to guide footwear stores to standardize their operation and management and improve their service level.

The main technical contents of the standard include two parts: first, the technical requirements for the management of the standard stores; and two, the technical requirements for the management of the demonstration stores.

Whether or not the store is up to standard is mainly inspected from four aspects: environment, commodity, management and service.

Environmental indicators are divided into operating environment and business facilities.

The business environment mainly investigates the rationality of the layout of the exclusive store and the comfort of the shopping environment.

The index of business facilities mainly inspects whether the basic facilities are perfect and the business facilities are complete.

Commodity indicators inspect whether the source of goods is legitimate, whether the quality is qualified, and whether the procedure is rigorous.

Management indicators are divided into personnel management, financial management, commodity management and safety management.

Personnel management focuses on the employment law, clear responsibilities and good business skills.

Financial management focuses on accurate and timely settlement and safe use of funds.

Commodity management focuses on purchase, warehousing, shipment, display and inventory management.

Safety management focuses on security, fire and sanitation.

It can be divided into service etiquette, sale service, after sale service and honest service.

The demonstration store must first meet the requirements of the standard store, and has three requirements in terms of scale, commodity management and service level.

The scale of operation reflects the influence of franchised stores to a certain extent.

Commodity management reflects the degree of tacit agreement between franchised stores and brand enterprises.

The service level mainly reflects individual service and special service.

"Shoe store management technical specification" is the China Leather Association is the main basis for grading stores, and is an important starting point for cultivating industry service brand.
