2017 International Designers Summit Forum Held In Haining

"2017 international designer Summit Forum and China Leather Association leather garment Specialized Committee annual meeting" was held on June 28, 2017 at the multi-function hall of the two floor of Haining Convention and Exhibition Center. At the meeting, Cao Jingyu, deputy general manager of Snow Leopard Group Company, chairman of China Leather Association's Specialized Committee and chairman of the Fur Leopard Group Company, released the 2016 leather and fur garment industry in China on behalf of the Leather Association's leather clothing special committee.

According to statistics, in 2016, there were more than 300 leather clothing enterprises in China. The annual output increased by 4.31% year-on-year, and the growth rate increased by 11.7 percentage points. Sales revenue decreased by 3.57% compared with the same period last year, and the growth rate dropped 6.6 percentage points. The total profit of the industry decreased by 14.95% compared with that of the previous year, and the decline was 12.2 percentage points. The profit margin of sales was 7.33%, down 0.98% from the same period last year.

In 2016, the production of fur clothing industry in the whole country decreased by 7.56% compared with the same period last year, and the decline increased by 3.8 percentage points. The sales revenue of fur and articles enterprises increased by 0.75% compared with the same period last year, and the growth rate dropped 2.3 percentage points. The gross profit of fur and articles enterprises decreased by 21.02% compared with that of the previous year, and the growth rate dropped 32.5 percentage points. The sales profit margin was 7.01%, down 1.93% from the same period last year.

At the meeting, Andrea, director of Italy's Bermuda college, shared his fashion management experience with everyone.
