(hereinafter referred to as ABG) recently announced the acquisition of Losangeles's high-end jewelry and accessories company Neil Lane Enterprises's controlling stake, the financial details of the paction were not disclosed, but according to sources, the takeover price is about $100 million.
The Neil Lane brand has many celebrity followers. It is also a sponsor of the US reality show The Bachelor and Bachelorette.
ABG plans to expand the Neil Lane to a comprehensive one through this paction.

Signet Jewelers operates more than 3000 Kay Jewelers, Zales and Jared The Gallery of Jewelry brand jewelry stores.
The deal will end on Thursday.
"Many people have talked about acquisitions over the years, but I have been reluctant to sell them," said Neil Lane, the founder of the brand.

Jamie Salter said that Neil Lane herself as a brand builder will continue to participate in the daily management and operation of the company.
The Neil Lane brand is the first high-end jewelry brand acquired by ABG.
ABG's other fashion jewelry brands also include Judith Leiber, Juicy Couture, Jones New York, Adrienne Vittadini and Frederick "Adrienne".

ABG has the history of running high-end brands such as Judith Leiber and Hickey Freeman, and has a wide retail network in the world. It will play a great role in promoting the future development of Neil Lane brand.
ABG has also recently made new appointments:
Jamie Salter's son Corey Salter was appointed Vice President of celebrity and entertainment affairs executive vice president;
John Erlandson was appointed the executive vice president of business development.
Jarrod Weber was appointed Vice President of brand executive;
Ken Ohashi was appointed executive vice president responsible for healthy lifestyle.
Christina Martin has been appointed senior vice president for lifestyle.
The marketing department of ABG has added two groups, namely, the digital innovation team led by Adam Kronengold and the brand experience group led by Brock Doerr, which is the executive vice president Natasha Fishman.
The number of brands under ABG is more than 27, and the retail sales volume is about $5 billion 500 million in the year.
