According to the report, the performance index of shopping centers in the second quarter was 72.8, down 7.3 from the same period last year, and the cost control index was 33, lower than that of the ups and downs line 17, down 6.7 from the first quarter.
"Owners continue to invest more in new technologies such as marketing and big data, so operating costs continue to rise."
The Ministry of Commerce spokesman said that 54% and 46% of the owners increased their marketing and technical investment in the second quarter.
