The emergence of the Lifes brand is the positive response of Lotto Sport Italia S.p.A to the increasing sales of non athletic footwear and the two trends of consumers' pursuit of maintaining healthy health.
Andrea Tomat stressed: "competitive sports and healthy exercise are two entirely different business units, which require different designs and different ideas."
Apart from adjusting at the product level, the differences between the two divisions will also be reflected in the distribution level.
Lotto Performance will focus on sales in stores and retail chains that run tennis, soccer, running and rowing.
In fact, Lotto Sport Italia S.p.A has become a technical sponsor of the Italy national team. It will provide a series of sportswear for many Italy professional athletes from next summer.
The difference is that the Lifes brand has already entered into a cooperation agreement with a large distributor and wholesaler, selling in Italy through sportswear distributors, including Pittarosso and Scarpe, and distributing them in France and Spain through Intersport and El Corte Ingl s respectively.
Sales of Lotto Sport Italia S.p.A from Lotto Performance brand are expected to account for 60% to 70% of group sales, while Lifes brand sales account for 30% to 40%.
Lotto Sport Italia S.p.A is cautious about the average annual growth of the group's sales and expects its annual growth rate to be around 3%.
