The parent company Imap Export S.p.A is responsible for the management of its franchising sales network, while the direct independent brand store is run by Trader S.r.l, which has completed the merger in the near future.

Antonio Di Vincenzo, the new president of Imap Export S.p.A, said: "we will welcome Original Marines to set up 35th anniversary in 2018. In order to cater to the changing market demand, we choose to further restructure the company at this important moment."
The restructuring will not involve changes in shareholders and will take effect as of January 1, 2018. The aim is to make the new business plan to be streamlined in 2018 and to focus on promoting the expansion of Original Marines brand overseas.
The restructured group will consist of three companies, namely Imap Export, Lifco and Commerciale Campana.
The combined annual sales volume of the restructured group will reach 196 million euros, and EBITDA (interest tax depreciation and profit before amortization) will reach 22 million euros, of which 170 million euros sales and 1900 million interest rate depreciation and amortization will come from Imap Export S.p.A.
Antonio Di Vincenzo explained: "at present, the business of Original Marines is mainly concentrated in the local market of Italy. Sales in Italy account for about 90% of the total sales of the brand, and our goal is to go abroad to the world."
The annual export volume of Original Marines is around 13 million euros, mainly through the joint venture between the group and its Lebanese partners in 2005, Lifco to sell to the Middle East.
Antonio Di Vincenzo said: "we have a very strong performance in the Middle East. We will continue to develop our business in the Middle East through a new series that caters to the needs of local consumers.
But in the future, we will focus more attention on the opening up of the Eastern European market and take a firm foothold in the former Yugoslavia countries and the Russian market.
In order to attract consumers living in cold areas, we will introduce a new winter clothing series that is suitable for temperatures below zero degrees Celsius.
The increasingly internationalized positioning also makes Original Marines pay more attention to product market feedback. Antonio Di Vincenzo said: "our goal is to provide high quality products at reasonable prices. We are a highly specialized children's clothing brand."
However, in addition to children's clothing business, Original Marines launched its new baby line in 7 month in 2017, and has also performed well since its launch.
The strength of Original Marines in distribution channels is always unquestionable. At present, there are 465 franchised stores. In addition, there are 93 direct outlets in Italy and 137 outlets in Europe, Asia and Africa.
After the reorganization of the group, the sales network of Original Marines will be more perfect and integrated. Antonio Di Vincenzo said: "we are implementing a multi-channel marketing strategy, and the children's parents can buy our products at any time and place they need."
