Al Hassan Industrial Estate is located in Irbid, 80 kilometers north of Amman, Jordan. It covers an area of 427 thousand square meters. The industrial area was built in 1991. In 1998, it was designated as the world's first "qualified industrial zone" in 1998. It is also the largest QIZ qualified industrial zone in Jordan. In the United States, Britain, France and Germany, there are more than 20 factories and branches, which have the whole process production system from raw materials to end products and marketing networks all over the world, with annual sales exceeding US $500 million.

The company's branch offices in Jordan mainly manufacture and produce textiles for hotel use, 80% of its employment comes from the locality, and 20% of the employment comes from Sri Lanka and other countries.
