In order to further promote the national culture and promote the integration and development of national culture and tourism and help to tackle the poverty problem, the first colorful Guizhou costumes design competition sponsored by the Guizhou Provincial People's Commission and the Guizhou Provincial Tourism Development Commission will be held in Southwest Guizhou in September 2019. 1. Participants

Three. Requirements for entries

(1) the theme of the entries.

Highlighting the characteristics of 17 elements of ethnic minorities in Guizhou Province, which can be downloaded from the website of the ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee of Guizhou Province, and according to the elements of men and women's ethnic elements, tourism and leisure wear and ethnic elements, professional work clothes are designed.

Each participant has no more than 3 entries.

Each garment must be fitted and downloaded and fitted with headwear and other ornaments as required.

Each group should write a design description of not more than 500 words, indicating the name of the work, the creator's name, the detailed address, telephone, fax, postcode, E-mail, etc., and the relevant information is consistent with the entry form.

The entries are original works of the contestants and have not infringed upon any patent, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights of any other person.

The work has not been published in newspapers, magazines, websites or other media, and has not participated in any other competitions and has not entered any commercial channels in any form.

The winning contestants ensure that the entries will not participate in other design competitions or pfer to other parties in the same way.

Four. Declaration of entries

The participants submitted their papers in paper design (using 40cm * 60cm drawings).

The facade and the backsight effect diagram of the artwork can be drawn and drawn by computer, but it can not be replaced by photos or reproduced copies. Five. Selection of entries

(1) preliminary entries.

The group was selected as the unit and declared to the office of the organizing committee. By the July 20, 2018, the office of the organizing committee selected the design draft of the competition. 20 groups of selected entries were selected, and the participants were made into garments. Each group was given a subsidy of 1000 yuan for making garments, and the garment was submitted to the office of the organizing committee before August 30th.

The selected works will participate in the preliminaries of the 9 municipal and state delegations. 20 to 30 groups of works are selected from the selected works, and will be finalists after the approval of the organizing committee's office.

(four) the design competition does not charge entries to the participants. The cost of accommodation, accommodation and other expenses will be borne by the Organizing Committee during the preliminaries and finals. Other expenses will be borne by the participating units and individuals.

(five) the organizing committee has the right to collect, exhibit, publicize, publish, distribute, perform, and engage in non-profit dress.

On the basis of consultation, the costumes of the Guizhou Provincial Museum of national minorities are collected and awarded certificates on the basis of the one or two and three prizes.
