    In June 22nd, the office of the expert group of industrial brand cultivation of the Ministry of industry and information technology was led by the brand office of the China Textile Industry Federation and the Humen apparel and apparel industry management committee jointly organized the training of Humen textile and clothing brand professionals in the Convention and Exhibition Center.

    How did the "brand manager" training on such a big scale come into being? Why did it come to Humen?

    It is understood that in 2013, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the notice on developing the training of brand professionals in industrial enterprises, focusing on cultivating brand managers and launching brand professional training.

    In the same period, the China Federation of textile industry led the formulation of the first standard of brand management in textile industry, namely, the industry standard of "General requirements for brand cultivation and management system of textile industry", and formulated the "implementation guide". On the basis of this, four professional training activities were organized around the well-known textile and garment industry cluster around the 200-300 aspects of brand connotation and related theories, brand cultivation management system, brand strategy planning and brand operation management.

    Humen has considerable scale advantages in the national garment industry cluster, especially in the fast fashion industry.

    A large number of brands such as YISHION, Kumen, Euro dot, Yi Xun, Qiao Bo, Italy, Australia, and Chu Ge have emerged.

    In order to better promote the pformation and upgrading of Humen's textile and garment industry and enhance the brand building ability of the enterprises, the brand office of the China Textile Industry Federation jointly organized the Humen textile and garment brand professionals training with the Humen apparel and apparel industry management committee.

    Before the training began, Zhu Huaze, executive vice president and Secretary General of the Humen apparel and apparel industry association, first made a speech. From the four aspects of the fashion brand, pain and luck of Humen clothing brand, the construction and development of Humen's clothing brand were introduced.

    According to the introduction, the development of Humen's clothing brand has gone through the process of no card, OEM, self-reliance brand and creating famous brand. Now the brand agglomeration effect is obvious. At present, there are more than 50000 registered brands of clothing and clothing in the whole town. There are more than 20 national and provincial famous brand names, forming more than 50 famous brands with YISHION as the leader, including fast fish, Euro dot, Kam, Qiao Bo, Yi Wan, Yi Xun, praying, nu Fang, Chu Ge, Inal, male eye, Sam Bi Di, Ou Ruide, Ou Cha and so on (including women's wear, children's wear, men's wear, casual wear).

    However, the lack of brand management and management personnel, and the high cost of building and operating brand restrict the further development of Humen's clothing brand.

    It is gratifying to note that the promotion of the government, the promotion of associations, the guidance of the competent departments of industry and the enhancement of brand awareness of enterprises have become the driving force of brand development.

    He also suggested that in the future, through government promotion, industry interaction and enterprise action, we should jointly promote the construction of clothing brand in Humen, establish a brand operation, management and evaluation system, build a stronger Humen clothing brand square, cultivate more famous brands with national influence, and continue to hold up the banner of South style clothing and build China fast.

    The three experts combine a large number of domestic and foreign well-known brand's fresh cases, from a professional point of view to interpret the brand value chain, brand extension, brand finance, brand management, brand operation, brand cultivation management system construction, and so on, to present a high standard of brand knowledge meal for the students.

    At the end of the training, the participants expressed their benefits. They learned more systematic knowledge of brand cultivation, further understood and familiarity with the process of brand management, and perfected the relevant knowledge structure of performing their duties, which helped to enhance the execution ability of brand strategy in various departments and enhance the comprehensive management ability of enterprises.
