China Textile Federation Will Undertake Five Years' Signing Ceremony Of "Sang Ma Fund Science And Education Award".

In June 26th, the signing ceremony of the cooperation between the China Federation of textile industry and the Hongkong Samma foundation "Sang Ma fund science and Education Award" was held in Beijing.

The two sides agreed to encourage and commend the outstanding achievements and significant contributions made by textile workers in the innovation of science and education and arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of the vast number of textile students. Since 2018, the Federation of Chinese textile industry has been entrusted by the Hongkong Samma foundation to organize and select the annual "sang Ma scholars" and "Sang Ma award and sang Ma scholarship".

At the meeting, the China Textile Federation and the Samma foundation exchanged their views on the annual work carried out by the Hongkong sang Ma prize, and further straightened out the working mechanism and made clear the specific division of labor.

Both sides agreed that the "Sang Ma scholar" award, established by the Samma foundation of Hongkong, evolved from the "San Ma textile technology award". In 2018, the two prizes coexist, and the "San Ma textile technology award" will no longer be selected and commended in 2019 and beyond.

According to the agreement, the China Textile Federation will set up the Work Committee for the scientific and educational reward of the Samma foundation, under which the working group of the selection of the "Sang Ma scholars" and the working group of "Sang Ma scholarship and Samma Award Fund" shall be selected to carry out relevant work.

The Hongkong mulberry foundation was founded by Cha Jimin, a famous industrialist and patriotic personage in 1992, to promote industry and revitalization of the country, and to promote science and education.
