Ningbo Cracked The Export Clothing Tax Fraud Case, Exceeding The Value Of 800 Million Yuan.

On the 17 day, the Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau of Zhejiang Province, the Ningbo customs, the Ningbo tax bureau and the central branch of the Ningbo Central Branch of the people's Bank of China were released. After more than one year of operation and investigation, the four units were jointly exportation.

The major case of cheating tax rebate is worth more than 800 million yuan (RMB). It is suspected of falsely opening and chewing tax rebates of more than 6000 yuan. It has completely destroyed a gang of fraudulent export tax rebates spanning 13 provinces and cities such as Zhejiang and Jiangsu.

Joint handling of four sectors in Ningbo

In June 2017, according to the clues issued jointly by the General Administration of customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the Ministry of public security of China and the four ministries of the people's Bank of China, the Ningbo customs, Ningbo Public Security Bureau, Ningbo Taxation Bureau and the Ningbo sub branch of the people's Bank of China set up a special team to beat the export tax rebate "6. 21". With the main suspect Kim as a breakthrough, 13 local knitting enterprises, 118 upstream cotton yarn enterprises and 3 local export enterprises were investigated for the case.

In view of the key links of false invoices, funds repatriation and real shippers of the export tax fraud chain, the four departments in Ningbo play their respective business advantages and carry out synchronous forensics, upper and lower joint play and horizontal joint inspection. Finally, the whole criminal behavior is cleared up, and a total of 6921 VAT invoices are verified, with a total value of 815 million yuan.

At present, the case has been handed over to the Ningbo people's Procuratorate for examination and prosecution.

It is reported that the case was launched by the four departments of the General Administration of customs, China's State Administration of Taxation, the Ministry of public security and the people's Bank of China in 2012 to jointly crack down on the special export tax rebates and false invoices for value-added tax. The most typical example of the four departments in Ningbo is the collection of export tax rebates.
