    2018 is the fortieth year when Italy luxury brand Brunello Cucinelli was founded. It is also the best performance brand sales ever.     Sales of specialty stores increased by 6.3% to 296 million euros.

    At the same time, the company also made investment of up to 45 million euros for sales, manufacturing, logistics, IT and so on. In order to more directly control the Russian market with huge potential, the company also acquired 38% of the remaining Russian brand subsidiary by 6 million 500 thousand euros.

    Sales in Greater China grew by 28.5% to 54 million 800 thousand euro, accounting for 10% of total sales, and the sales situation in recent months was very bright.

    Italy's local market sales increased by 4.2% to 88 million 300 thousand euros, accounting for 16% of total sales.

    In addition to Italy, sales in Europe increased 8.5% to 164 million euros, accounting for 29.6% of total sales. Besides local residents, tourists also contributed to sales growth.

    Sales in North America increased by 3.9% to 187 million euros, or 33.9% of total sales, thanks to the good performance of franchised stores and multi brand sales channels.

    Sales in the rest of the region increased 10.7% to 59 million euros, accounting for 10.7% of total sales, and high net worth tourists and local residents contributed to sales growth.

    The company said that the business opportunities in the Greater China market are unlimited. They will fully tap the market potential under the premise of ensuring the positioning and distribution quality of luxury brands.

    Group executives are confident that the brand will perform well in the 2019 fiscal year. Group founder, chairman and chief executive officer, Brunello Cucinelli, said the sales performance was excellent in the winter of 2018.
