For The First Time, Wenshang Clothing Has Broken Through The 10 Billion Mark, Blowing The Horn Of High Quality Development.

Recently, the clothing trade association of Wenshang County, Jining, Shandong, held the annual conference of Wenshang clothing industry. At the meeting, Yang Feng, President of the clothing trade association of Wenshang County, pointed out in its annual report that in 2018, the main business income of the textile and garment industry in Wenshang County exceeded 100 billion yuan for the first time, and the main business revenue was expected to achieve 10 billion 300 million yuan, and it was successfully promoted to 10 billion industrial clusters.


Wenshang County is a famous city of leisure clothing manufacturing in China. It has more than 400 textile and garment enterprises, with 67 enterprises and 6 employees. It produces more than 4 hundred kinds of garments each year, accounting for 1.3% of the total clothing output of the country. The more than 80 well-known brands, such as UNIQLO, ZARA, Adidas, JACK&JONES, Jin Ba, Li Lang and Hai Lan, are all from Wenshang clothing industry cluster.


In 2018, Shandong Province opened a new journey of spanformation of new and old kinetic energy, sounded the march toward high quality development, and took the new step of building a strong economic and cultural province. As a major province of garment manufacturing, Shandong's textile and garment industry clusters have carried out a series of projects combining their own industrial development characteristics, and strive to promote industrial spanformation and upgrading. Under the correct leadership of Wenshang County Party committee and county government, Wenshang clothing industry has always adhered to the development path of "intelligence, specialization, flexibility, integration of trade and industry, and brand autonomy", and made efforts to create "Wenshang manufacturing" regional brand. Textile and clothing have developed into the leading industry and new economic growth point of the county, and also become the leader of the high quality development of the garment industry in the whole province.


At the meeting, Yang Feng introduced the spanformation and upgrading of Wenshang clothing and the path of high quality development.


The first is planning ahead and target leading. The clothing trade association of Wenshang County invited the China clothing association and the China Textile Construction Planning Institute to compile the "garment industry development plan for Wenshang County (2016-2020 years)", and further clarified the guiding ideology and objectives of the county's textile and garment industry development. Around the goal and the central task of "China's casual clothing first enter manufacturing base", the regional brand of "casual wear and Wenshang manufacturing" was promoted to the whole country and to the whole world.


Second, we must adhere to the development path of "five modernization" and continuously enhance the level of industrial development. Under the correct leadership of the county Party committee and the county government, the clothing industry of the county should adhere to the development path of "intelligence, specialization, flexibility, integration of trade and industry, and brand autonomy", and strive to create "Wenshang manufacturing" regional brand. In terms of intelligence, enterprises are encouraged to introduce automation equipment and advanced management systems, build intelligent chemical plants, build intelligent manufacturing systems, spanform labor intensive industries into technology intensive industries, and unswervingly push enterprises from low end manufacturing to high quality development. At present, the county has 38 thousand sets of advanced equipment such as automatic cutting machine, template machine, laser cutting machine and so on, and 80% of enterprises popularize GSD standard working hours, JIT lean production and single piece running water. In terms of specialization, we should guide enterprises to take the road of differentiation, focusing on a group of key products, specialize in making fine products, Yalu Mao, Dai AI children's wear, Hu Yuan jeans and Hassan's Arabia robe. The processing efficiency and product quality all reach the international first-class level. In terms of flexibility, we should guide enterprises such as 77 costumes, great love clothes, good brothers and garment manufacturers to build digital workshops and "excellent teams and groups". We will use the Internet of things and Internet technology to improve the system structure, management mode and personnel organization, so as to promote the spanformation and upgrading of enterprises to "personalized, small batch, multi variety and fast delivery". In the integration of trade and industry, we encourage garment enterprises to set up trading companies, and more than 30 enterprises such as silk clothing, Heyuan clothing, albai dress and so on have set up offices and trade centers in Qingdao, Shanghai and other places, and actively develop two markets at home and abroad. In the construction of brand autonomy, we successfully approved the collective trademark of "Wenshang casual wear", vigorously implemented the "three year action plan of trademark assistance to enterprises", and the county finance paid special funds to support the registered trademarks of textile and garment enterprises and create their own brands. At present, the county has more than 30 independent brands, such as Chen Zi, Xiang He, Qing Qing Zi, and Xin Bao. Hassan clothing company produced 11% of the international market share of Arabia dresses, and Wenshang became the largest Arabia clothing production base in the country. The "Xianghe" brand traditional culture costume produced by Chen Sheng Culture Industry Company, as the representative of the fifth NIST world civilization forum, represents the guests from all over the world.


Third, strengthen joint ventures and foster new growth points. In 2018 November, 77 enterprises such as clothing, good brothers, and 10 garment companies successfully listed in the Qilu equity trading center, laying a solid foundation for foreign joint venture cooperation. In addition, 77 clothing and Tianyuan Group, good brothers clothing and Oriental International, Erwin clothing and di Shang Group, Yi Fangda costumes and Jiangsu Guotai group successfully cooperate to promote the company's production scale, development concept and so on greatly improved. Establish industrial cluster alliance with national industrial clusters such as Zhejiang Pinghu and Guangdong Humen town to promote cooperation and exchange of industrial information, technology, products and brands, and add new impetus to the development of textile and garment industry in Wenshang County.


Fourth, we should promote market development and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Every year, enterprises are organized to take part in the famous exhibitions such as China (Shanghai) international clothing and apparel fair, Canton Fair, Shenzhen Friendship Association and Hongkong fashion week. Three years of holding the China Wenshang clothing exhibition, which fully display the super processing capacity, advanced technology and equipment and strong design and research ability of Wenshang textile and garment industry, have now changed from the original order to the order picking. It has established long-term and stable cooperative relations with dozens of famous enterprises at home and abroad, such as Li Lang, Semir, ZARA, and the front line. The quality and profit margin of the order have been greatly improved.


Yang Feng said that among the top 50 taxpayers in the county's industrial enterprises, the textile and garment industry accounted for 22, paying taxes 116 million yuan, an increase of 30.1%, and three textile and garment enterprises in 11 manufacturing enterprises that had paid tens of millions of dollars, reflecting the good quality of the development of the local textile and garment industry.


Wenshang clothing is not only a local characteristic industry, a pillar industry, but also a livelihood industry for people's livelihood. It is worth mentioning that in 2018, the annual average wage of the textile and garment industry in Wenshang County reached 42 thousand yuan, which has become an important source of income for urban and rural residents. Yang Feng said that in the past three years, nearly 15 thousand migrant workers chose to work at home. This not only alleviated the employment problems of enterprises, but also greatly alleviated the social problems of left behind children and empty nesters, and promoted social harmony and stability.


From the major manufacturing provinces of "crown belt and clothing world", it has emerged as a leading brand of China's leisure clothing manufacturing industry and a regional brand building pilot area of the national textile and garment industry cluster. 2019 is the key year for the success of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is also an important year for Wenshang County to carry out the 13th Five-Year plan, promote spanformation and upgrading of enterprises, and develop high-quality products. Yang Feng said that opportunities and challenges coexist. As long as we strengthen our confidence and face difficulties, we will be able to achieve a breakthrough in the development of Wenshang textile and garment industry, and promote Wenshang clothing to a new level with the sense of urgency, slow sense of crisis, inability to sit down, sense of responsibility, integration and scale, management and quality.


During the conference, the party building alliance of the Wenshang clothing trade association was also unveiled, and commended the top ten member units, the innovative management benchmarking enterprises, the spanformation and upgrading demonstration enterprises and the outstanding contribution enterprises.
