In 2016, Keqiao district started the construction of the "three Keqiao" key projects meritorious competition activities. In April last year, the Keqiao District Trade Union established the Keqiao Street staff training institute relying on the Ke Qiao Cheng Education Center.

Over the past six months, the training school has set up training courses for textile workers, clothing production and business services, focusing on the re employment and entrepreneurship training of migrant workers and women who have lost their jobs. It helps a large number of female workers to achieve two jobs.

Last year, the staff training institute of an Chang Street organized a training course of knitting techniques.
