China Cotton Textile Industry Association Visited Shandong And Hubei

On the 16-19 th of January 2019, the research group of China Cotton Association went to visit Zaozhuang, Hubei, Wuhan and Tianmen in Shandong to understand the current production and operation and market situation.

In Zaozhuang, Shandong, China Cotton Trade Association visited Lian Yun textile. The company takes differentiated yarn and colored spun yarn as the main products. Because differentiated yarn is characterized by many varieties and small batch products, the enterprise has higher requirements for product research and development, enterprise management and staff quality level.

The company said that although Sino US trade friction had a certain impact on yarn orders, the profitability of enterprises was relatively stable, mainly due to differentiated yarn and colored spun yarn oriented customers, and actively cooperate with downstream brands to enhance the added value of products.

During the survey in Wuhan, the China Cotton Association visited Wuhan, Yu Dahua.

This year, Yu Dahua set up 100th anniversary plants, and the 120 thousand intelligent spinning project of the enterprise is under active construction, including 100 thousand spindle combed ring spinning and about 20 thousand spindles spinning.

The intellectualized project is from the blowing carding unit to the automatic packing process, which is all the longitude and latitude equipment, and has more highlights than the previous intelligent projects.

The project is expected to be completed in the second half of this year, positioning for high-grade cotton combed compact spinning.

During Tianmen research, the research group visited the soundness medical treatment (Tianmen) Co., Ltd., the company's terminal products are mainly supply of "cotton era" of high-grade cotton non-woven fabric towel.

Tianmen textile machinery was also visited during the Tianmen research. The company took the production drawing frame as its strong point, and the spinning frame equipment has been gradually promoted to the market and has been recognized by enterprises.
