    Shift from scale cost advantage to three major abilities

    In recent years, many enterprises have changed their original production and operation methods through reflection, turning from the cost advantage of scale up to the three abilities, throwing away the "burden" of the inventory and moving to the market in a light load.

    But with the increase of consumption level, many people do not like crash shirts, which requires garment manufacturers to pay attention to product individuation, small batch, multiple styles and varieties in production.

    Therefore, Zhongshan garment production enterprises should speed up the pformation and upgrading of market demand oriented, and strive to improve their internal capabilities by focusing on product individualization, small batch, multi styles and multi varieties, and enhance the three capabilities of enterprises, so as to find survival and development space in the domestic and foreign markets.
