Human Resource Report Released In Garment Industry, Insight Into Domestic Human Capital In Pition Environment

In March 18, 2019, Liuhua exhibition and Trade Center, on the "one night Fashion Night" 2019 Guangdong fashion week spring opening ceremony, CFW China apparel talent net released the "2018-2019 China clothing industry human resources management report" (hereinafter referred to as the "report").
The report focuses on the theme of talents, based on official statistics and samples of talent data from CFW China apparel talent network, analyzes the dimensions of talent development and talent flow in China's apparel industry, and further clarified the characteristics of talents in the domestic garment industry, and helps the industry to move forward steadily.
The report aims to strengthen the training of talents in garment industry and promote the development of garment enterprises through the investigation of professional professionals in China's apparel industry.
According to Chen Jie, executive vice president of CFW, China's clothing talent network, the data samples of the report cover 26 provinces and cities in East China, Southern China, North China and the central region. Through the network survey questionnaire, offline questionnaires, third party professional research institutions, and CFW China clothing talent network, 4 channels of total effective data samples were obtained, and personnel and enterprise portrait were extracted from various angles. The current situation of human resource management in the industry was obtained, and the development prospect of the industry was depicted.

For the first time in Guangdong fashion conference, talents and enterprises are diversified.
It is understood that this is the first official website of CFW China apparel talent website at Guangdong clothing conference.
On the whole, talents are mainly concentrated in Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other places. These cities are the first tier cities in China. They have strong strength in terms of total volume, permanent population, labor scale, industrial development level, and urban development level.
From the educational background, the graduates of the garment industry have a high reputation. Jiangxi Clothing Institute, Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, Donghua University, Wuhan Textile University and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University are well known.
And 74% of the talents have educational background for clothing majors.
As far as the categories of talents are concerned, there are quite a few categories of talents, such as production management, marketing, R & D and e-commerce.

At the same time, the report also carries out data analysis on Chinese clothing enterprises. It points out that the majority of clothing enterprises in China are mainly women's clothing, men's wear and children's wear are closely followed. What's worth noting is that wedding dresses are also beginning to show up. Guangdong province occupies an absolute advantage in geographical distribution, and Jiangsu and Zhejiang coastal provinces follow closely.
Four prospects to explore the future trend of industry talents
In addition to analyzing the current situation of human resources management in the apparel industry, the report also looks into the future development of talents from four aspects: exploring the trend of talent in the garment industry, and understanding the new ideas of talent development strategy.
Through the report data, some significant differences can be found intuitively, but on the whole, despite the distinct differences in the geographical location, age and gender of the research talents, the overall trend is relatively consistent.

According to the report, at present, the talents of the industry tend to be younger, and the post-90s become the backbone; while the industry talents are still keen on the cities such as the north, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou, they have begun to return to the two or three tier cities or the original residential areas; more than half of the talents accept the blame; and the talents focus on improving their abilities.
This research report highlights the characteristics of talents in our garment industry and the reasons for the flow of talents, which is conducive to the clear understanding of the current situation of talent in garment enterprises.
At the same time, through benchmarking, it tries to help garment enterprises plan the path of talent training, create the core competitiveness of the whole talent, and help the development of China's garment industry.
