Fujian'S Textile Industry Exceeded 700 Billion Yuan In 2018.

Fujian provincial industrial and commercial bureau announced that in 2018, the textile industry in Fujian province maintained a steady and rapid growth, and the sales output value increased by 11.7% over the same period last year, of which Quanzhou grew by 14.9%, Fuzhou grew by 8.2%, and Putian increased by 20.5%.

Up to now, the scale of Fujian's textile industry is over 700 billion yuan, ranking fifth in the country. It has formed a complete industrial chain and industrial cluster development pattern of chemical fiber, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, clothing and textile machinery.

Among them, chemical fiber production capacity of about 850 tons, ranking third in the country; cotton spinning spindles about 13 million spindles, ranking sixth in the country.

Last year, Fujian province accelerated the pformation and upgrading of the textile industry to high quality development, with remarkable results.

Among them, active organizations such as textiles and other key industries to join Youxi, Changting, Quanzhou, Sanming and other places to speed up the pformation of industrial technology achievements, and actively promote textile enterprises to accelerate the implementation of intelligent manufacturing demonstration pilot projects.
