Suzhou Issued "Opinions" To Support Private Enterprise Development

Recently, the Suzhou municipal market supervision bureau of Jiangsu Province issued the "opinions of the Suzhou municipal market supervision authority on supporting the development of private enterprises".

The production license management of the 14 types of industrial products should be abolished, and the 17 types of industrial product production licenses authorized by the provincial government. Besides the dangerous chemicals, the other 16 categories of products will be implemented after the certification system is made or the promise system is made. The time for the production licenses to be issued will be reduced from the original 30 natural days to 2 working days.

In addition, the inspection and verification fees will continue to be suspended.

Supervision over the implementation of preferential policies for water, electricity, gas, pportation, import and export in support of small and medium-sized enterprises has been carried out in recent years.

Vigorously carry out quality improvement action.

In 2019, we planned to cultivate 10 quality awards in Jiangsu, 29 mayor quality awards in Suzhou, 300 entrepreneurs proficient in quality brand management, 300 chief quality officials and 300 Suzhou craftsmen.

We will comprehensively implement the quality development award system and reward the enterprises newly awarded the "China Quality Award" for a one-time reward of 2 million yuan.
