The General Administration Of Municipal Supervision Issued The National Supervision And Spot Check Plan For Product Quality In 2019.

In March 22nd, the official website of the General Administration of Market Supervision announced that in order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the state supervision and spot check work for product quality, we should create a fair competition market environment and a safe and secure consumption environment. In October 2018, the General Administration of market supervision proposed the product catalogue of the national supervision and spot check on product quality in 2019, and widely solicited the opinions of the relevant ministries and commissions, provincial market supervision departments, trade associations and inspection bodies.

According to the regulations of the PRC on the quality of products, the law of the People's Republic of China on the protection of consumers' rights and interests, and the measures for the supervision and inspection of product quality, the General Administration of market supervision, in line with the existing scale of financial special funds, the current standards and the inspection and testing capabilities, fully adopts the opinions of all parties, and puts all the products with high public concern into the national supervision and spot check plan, highlighting the products that affect human health and personal and property safety, important industrial products that affect the national economy and people's livelihood, and the key products that consumers and relevant organizations reflect quality problems, and has formulated the "2019 annual quality supervision and inspection plan for producing quality", which is hereby promulgated.

The plan includes 267 products.

Among them, there are 43 kinds of daily and textiles, 51 electronic and electrical products, 28 light industrial products, 37 Building and decoration materials, 9 agricultural production materials, 43 kinds of machinery and safety products, 32 kinds of electrician and material products, 24 kinds of food related products.

The General Administration of market supervision will perform its duties according to law, conscientiously organize the state supervision and spot check of product quality in accordance with the spot check plan, release the results of the state supervision and selective inspection of the product quality to the public, and deal with product quality violations according to law.

In carrying out the state supervision and spot checks according to the plan, the General Administration of market supervision may adjust the plan contents according to the actual situation of the work, and organize special supervision and spot checks on the products outside the plan.
