From March 25th onwards, Shaoxing launched the first round of 2019 exhaust emission special cross enforcement actions, and conducted on-site law enforcement inspection on key gas related enterprises to further improve the air quality and fight against the blue sky.

This law enforcement action mainly inspected the key enterprises of exhaust gas emission and the "scattered pollution" enterprises in the area of Keqiao, Shangyu, Shangyu, Shaoxing and Binhai New Town, and inspected the operation of the pollution prevention and control facilities and the discharge of pollutants, automatic control facilities installation, networking and operation, the standardized setting of enterprises' exhaust outlets, the construction and use of highly polluting fuel facilities, and the implementation of the environmental management system.

On the morning of March 25th, reporters followed the law enforcement officers of the Shangyu branch of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau and the Shengzhou sub bureau to the Shaoxing Lixin printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., located in Yuecheng district.

In the printing workshop of the company, several stereotyping machines are working, and the smell of the smell is coming. The law enforcement officers find that the exhaust gas collection in the workshop is poor, and there is a lot of emissions from the organization.

The law enforcement officers then embarked on the top floor of dyeing and finishing workshop No. 10, and saw two exhaust emission treatment devices in operation. Using the checking account and checking the installation location of the exhaust cylinder "sampling hole" and other ways, the standardized setting of enterprises' exhaust outlets was checked.

On the other side, in the inspection of Zhejiang Xinyi dyeing and Printing Co., Ltd. in Keqiao District, the law enforcement officers learned that the company had 21 sets of stereotypes, and invested about 14000000 yuan to build 4 sets of exhaust electrostatic treatment devices. Through these devices, the exhaust particulate matter concentration, oil smoke concentration and VOCs (volatile organic compounds) of the treated exhaust can be discharged to standard emissions.

"The production facilities of this enterprise have the effect of 5G treatment, so we do not smell any peculiar smell around the workshop."

Yuecheng branch environmental law enforcement staff said.

In the first day of enforcement action, law enforcement officers inspected 7 enterprises in Shaoxing, and found that the main problems were the existence of non-standard sampling sampling platform and sampling port, improper operation of waste gas treatment facilities, and no emissions from VOCs. Then, relevant enterprises were required to rectify the deadline. Among them, there were abnormal running exhaust gas treatment facilities in Shaoxing Fei Ya dyeing and printing company limited.

"This law enforcement action, in addition to the participation of the law enforcement officers of the municipal environmental law enforcement detachment and the assistance of the third party technical units, has also drawn up 6 District and county (city) environmental law enforcement officers across the region to carry out law enforcement actions in Shaoxing, and divided into 3 inspection teams, interacted with each other in law enforcement, and strengthened the exchange of law enforcement business between the districts and counties (cities) to ensure the fairness of environmental enforcement in the whole city."

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau said that the results of this special enforcement action inspection will be notified, and the discovered violations will be punished according to law.
