Tencent'S Holdings Of Micro Alliance Stock Become Its Second Largest Shareholder

The intelligent business service provider micro union group issued a notice at the Hongkong stock exchange today evening. Today, Tencent has purchased 96820000 shares of the micro union group through its subsidiary THL H Limited.

In addition, Tencent Mobility Limited has held 58665000 shares (holding about 2.92%) of the micro union group, and Tencent currently owns 155485000 shares of the micro League group, and 7.73% of its shareholding ratio has become the second largest shareholder of the micro union group.

The micro Alliance group was listed on the main board of Hongkong in January 15, 2019. It is currently a leading provider of cloud business and marketing solutions for small and medium enterprises in China. It is also a precision marketing service provider of China's leading Tencent social networking service platform.

The micro union group announced its first performance announcement in 2018, showing that its revenue in 2018 was 865 million yuan, an increase of 62% over the same period last year, adjusted net profit of 50 million 838 thousand yuan, an increase of 355.3% over the same period last year, and adjusted profit of 73 million yuan, an increase of 213.1% over the same period last year.

At present, the micro Union has two main core businesses -- SaaS and precision marketing. Last year, SaaS products revenue was 347 million yuan, an increase of 32.1% over the same period last year. The gross sales revenue of precision marketing business reached 2 billion 493 million yuan last year, up 167% from 2017.
