It's hard to imagine that just a year ago, there were only old factories and mottled walls in Jinqiao textile mill.

Jinqiao textile factory, founded in 1989, is a village run enterprise in the original Qiao Zhuang village of Zhangdian district.

In recent years, the environmental pressures of enterprises are increasing and the products are backward.

The factory area is close to the residential area, which has been adjusted to the processing workshop due to noise nuisance, but the environmental protection problem has never been cured. The community is determined to shut down the pformation.

"Factory is the hero of our community development. Transformation is not to let it disappear, but to shine again and become better."

Zhangdian District Stadium Jinqiao community neighborhood committee director Song Ruchun said.

In June 2018, under the active coordination of the stadium and street offices, Jinqiao community and the culture of encouragement were discussed in many ways, and finally a formal agreement was reached. The culture was fully rebuilt and utilized on the basis of the old factory buildings, and the design was pformed into a Dongfang creation Park, which is a large business super, theme restaurant, creative office and training institution.

"If these plants can be reinvigorated through pformation, they will move more construction sites.

Jinqiao textile factory has obvious advantages in location, and is pformed into a new park. The prospects for its development will be good.

In January 19th this year, the original old workshop was stunning with its new identity, "fresh cubic supermarket".

Bright spaces, neat containers, and modern lighting design are full of fashion sense. The preserved terrazzo ground has made people feel familiar, and the integration of industry, history and modernity has retained the precious memories of Jinqiao people, and has given off different flavors.

At present, the area of characteristic catering, creative office, film and television advertising and other areas in the first phase of the project are being reinvemed, attracting more than 80% investment.

After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual profit tax will be 7 million yuan and more than 800 jobs will be solved.
