Baoji: Private Textile Industry Has Become A New Kinetic Energy In Foreign Trade.

A few days ago, at the China (Shanghai) international textile fabrics fair, the private textile enterprises exhibiting in Baoji launched all cotton fabrics, elastic fabrics, cloth and other fabric products, which were highly praised by foreign businessmen.

During the exhibition, the exhibitors in Baoji reached the total amount of foreign trade export intention by US $24 million 500 thousand, and took about 20% of the order for the whole year.

In recent years, the private textile industry in Baoji has been developing and expanding, and basically formed an industrial system linking up the middle and lower reaches.

Taking the opportunity to build an internationalized city on the "one belt and one road", Baoji vigorously supports private textile enterprises to develop the international market and develop an export-oriented economy. At present, there are nearly 30 private textile enterprises with foreign trade achievements.

In 2018, the total import and export volume of Baoji's foreign trade enterprises was 6 billion 343 million yuan, of which the export volume was 3 billion 365 million yuan. The textile industry contributed 947 million yuan in the export volume, and nearly 1/3 of the export volume came from the private textile industry.

Shaanxi Qin yuan Textile Co., Ltd., as the leader of Baoji's private textile industry, exported 233 million yuan last year.

Baoji's private textile enterprises are selling well in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa and the Americas.

By the middle of February this year, the city's private textile enterprises have achieved export trade of 15 million 360 thousand US dollars, an increase of 18% over the same period last year.

In vigorously supporting the development and expansion of private textile enterprises, Baoji attaches great importance to optimizing the development environment, actively developing directional services, and helping enterprises to explore the international market.

In recent two years, Baoji has striving for more than 50 million yuan of funds, supporting the Meixian Textile Industrial Park to undertake a number of export-oriented enterprises such as Xingzhou textile, Huaye textile, Shanghai golden Heron clothing, and so on, forming a complete industrial chain from spinning, spinning, dyeing and finishing to garment making and strengthening the export base of textile products.

In addition, the Baoji business bureau combines some foreign trade "specialized households" to set up a public service platform for foreign trade, set up a "foreign trade service team", enter the parks and enterprises continuously, provide free services such as customs declaration and inspection, export tax rebates and foreign trade order accounting for SMEs all the year round, and provide policies, services and training for enterprises, and continuously enhance their confidence in the development and opening up of the international market.
