Among them, Wu Zhensheng is the chairman of Zhejiang Roccaff Home Textile Co., Ltd. The industrial and commercial registration information shows that Zhejiang Roccaff Home Textile Co., Ltd. is located in Jiaxing Industrial Park, Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, which covers the production and sale of household textiles and clothing, cosmetics, carpets, lamps and lanterns, furniture, tableware, candles, handicrafts, and daily sales. The top three shareholders of Zhejiang Roccaff Home Textile Co., Ltd. are Wu Zhensheng, newspaper Bird Group Co., Ltd., Wu Zhenbo, and the three share holders are 64.30%, 10.20% and 64.30% respectively.

The reporter noted that Wu Zhensheng held a 20% stake in the company, and served as a supervisor. The other four shareholders were Wu Zhize, Wu Wenzhong, Chen Zhangyin and Ye Qinglai, holding 32%, 20%, 20% and 8% respectively. Among them, Wu Zhize served as the chairman and the legal representative of the company as the major shareholder and the real controller of the company.
