In April 9th, according to Qi Xinbao exclusive data, Bosideng Limited by Share Ltd has invested overseas in April 4th and established Jiangsu Bosideng Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 10 million and a shareholding of 100%. Its business scope is "manufacturing, R & D and sales of intelligent machines and intelligent material handling equipment for industrial Internet platforms, installation and commissioning of intelligent equipment, packaging, sorting, handling and loading of goods," and founder Gao Dekang of Bosideng is the legal representative.
Regarding this, Bosideng's relevant person in charge replied to the Beijing Commercial Daily reporter that the main body of the intelligent manufacturing company was founded by Bosideng Holdings Limited company, rather than a listed company -- Bosideng International Holdings Limited. But after its establishment, it will help the listed companies to improve their production efficiency and design and other production links.

In fact, Bosideng entered the field of intelligent manufacturing, which is actually a big move against new retail.
In 2018, Bosideng's "total market value reached 100 billion yuan" target, at the same time launched a new strategic plan, the "global hot down feather clothing expert" as the future direction.
Among them, Bosideng will invest more than one billion yuan to build brand, more than ten billion yuan to develop channels and upgrade terminal stores, but also to upgrade the down jacket brand.
In the new retail outlet, Bosideng has also made brilliant achievements online.
In 2018, the "double 11" day, Bosideng channel revenue realized 740 million yuan, an increase of 73.2% over the same period; in the "double 12", Bosideng single day channel revenue also reached 514 million yuan, an increase of 150% over the same period last year.
According to ipso data, which is the top three market research organization in the world, Bosideng has reached 93% of consumers' recognition, becoming the first brand in the consumer's down jacket.
The brand revenue and profit rose by two billion yuan. As of February 25th, Bosideng brand retailing has exceeded 10 billion yuan.
