In Wang Yong's eyes, size is one of the criteria for measuring children's ability to receive orders.

But not all children can be like Amy.

The parents of young children are already the role of brokers. Apart from taking orders and talking about business, they quickly expand their children's popularity in the circle. In the evening of April 11th, Taobao called on 110 Taobao children's wear owners to call for the regulation of children's mold to protect children's rights and interests.

It calls for regulating children's model shooting industry and promoting child mold protection.

These shopkeepers called for businesses to integrate with brands, strictly regulate children's mode shooting, strictly prohibit all acts of violence against children, and refuse to use all pictures or videos that are harmful to children's rights and interests during filming.

In this regard, Taobao's explanation is that Taobao rules have clear rules for the release of merchandise pictures, and the withdrawal is also based on Taobao rules.

What Taobao did not explain is, is it temporary?

How can we put an end to the rough treatment of children?

The fact is that under our existing laws, there is no specific provision to stop such a phenomenon except for appeals.

Li Ying, a lawyer of the source sex center and a minor protection expert, said that there was no specific provision for children's participation in models or actors.

There is no direct cause and effect relationship between children being beaten and working for Taobao shop, so Taobao shop has to be a little bit reluctant to take responsibility for this. Unless children are tired of illness and physical and mental problems, they need to take responsibility.

From the perspective of juvenile protection law, there must be a problem with beating people.

In other words, there is no set of laws and regulations that can guide children's model ecology.

But Christine Fan, a training course, disagrees.

Whether the child model is cute or not is directly related to the sales of a garment.

At the same time, as a shopkeeper and mother of Taobao, even if she buys clothes for her daughter, she will be more inclined to the beautiful model.

A large number of Taobao businessmen and parents are scramble for children's mold, behind which is the huge profits of children's clothing industry and the needs of their mothers.

For businessmen or parents, a sudden incident is not enough to dispel the great attraction of the industry to them.

"If you don't shoot, there will be endless models waiting to be taken."

On the second day of child abuse, Wang Yong was still eager to contact his daughter. It was more important for him than the news that her daughter was going to be over 7 years old.

So many parents may not worry, do not use criticism or even scolding children to ask their children to cooperate.

From the young model, parents invest ahead of time to earn profits, businesses get traffic and pactions, and the photographer has finished the work.

But for children's childhood, there are only endless clothes and the same racket in front of the camera.
