Li Lingshen said that through research, one is to strengthen the new positioning of textile and enhance the social image; the two is to recognize the situation and solve the common technical problems in green manufacturing; the three is to further improve the construction of innovation platform; four, to study the issue of non mandatory trade standards; five, to make up the short board and increase investment in science and technology.
