Taobao Prohibits Special Products From Containing "POS" Information.

In order to standardize the market management order of Taobao online shopping platform and create a safe and secure online shopping environment for consumers, Taobao has adjusted the relevant provisions of the Taobao rules' interpretation of the special requirements rules of the industry (seven) according to relevant laws and regulations of the state.

The rule changes will come into effect on April 22, 2019.

The details of the changes are as follows:

First, Taobao special products release requirements

Class 1 and grade two "pets / pet food and supplies", the number of merchandise inventory is less than 1, sales record is less than 1;

2, new hot paper goods, custom-made easy treasure, tablecloth, T - shirt goods issued requirements, commodity information must not appear "POS", "POS machine" and other pictures or text information.

Two. Measures for dealing with the spamming of special commodities:

1, the special category goods violate their own attributes, the first time the goods are off shelves, second times the goods are deleted and 0.2 points are deducted.

2, release a large number of illegal commodities or information, all goods in the store, limit the release of goods, limit the number of goods issued, limit the number of categories issued and deduct 6 points;

3, the same seller violating the industry's special requirements frequently, deleting goods, all goods in the store, limiting the release of goods, limiting the number of goods issued, limiting the number of categories released and deducting 2 points.

4, deliberately circumvented, such as staggering up and down shelves and so on, deleting goods, all goods in the store, limiting the release of goods, limiting the number of goods issued, limiting the number of categories released and deducting 2 points;

5, delete any merchandise or goods in the store next to the consumer's or platform's adverse effects after serious handling of the industry's special requirements.

Measures such as shop screening, extension of paction period, restriction of issuing commodities, restriction of quantity of merchandise release, restriction on number of release categories, supervision of shops, and deduction of 6 points.
