YOUNGOR: Chinese Hemp Spinning Technology And Application Project Has Been Identified Through Technical Achievements.

In April 16th, the China Federation of textile industry organized experts in Ningbo to appraise the technical achievements of the key technologies and applications of the high quality hemp textile production chain, jointly completed by the Wuhan hemp Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the Academy of Military Engineering Research Institute, the Quartermaster engineering and Technology Research Institute, and the YOUNGOR group Limited by Share Ltd.

The appraisal committee composed of 7 experts from academician Sun Jinliang, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and academician Zhou Xiang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering believes that the result has complete independent intellectual property rights and agrees that the project is appraise through scientific and technological achievements.

It is understood that the project is aimed at the technical problems such as heavy pollution, high energy consumption, low efficiency and poor quality in the processing and application of hemp fibers. For more than ten years, it has been sticking to joint technical research.

From the breakthrough of core technologies such as cleanliness, efficiency, refinement, energy saving and emission reduction, a series of high-end functional products of hemp have been developed to meet the needs of the military and civilian markets.

The project has built a large-scale production line of hemp fiber and yarn with an annual output of 5000 tons, forming the whole industry chain demonstration base of hemp fiber manufacturing, textile, printing and dyeing, garment processing and textile development.

According to the introduction, the project has been successfully identified by experts, indicating that China has formed an industrial innovation system from raw materials to finished products, from technology to equipment, from product to standard, from core invention to whole industry chain in the field of Chinese hemp research and processing application. The military equipment of project research and development has been installed. In the condition of ensuring wearing performance, it has solved the problems of fast drying, antibiosis, anti deodorization, anti UV and mildew prevention of military equipment, and improved the function and comfort of military equipment.

In addition, industrial production has led to the development of hemp cultivation, playing an important role in enriching the people and strengthening the border and solving the "three rural issues". The clean production technology has broken through the bottleneck of traditional high pollution of linen, is conducive to the development of linen textile industry and ecological protection, and promoted the pformation and upgrading of the textile industry.
