Juhuasuan's Five Brand Support Program
On April 23rd, Juhuasuan announced that it had invested the full amount of resources, opened the five brand support programs, and provided the brand businesses with comprehensive solutions such as the acquisition of new customers in the sunken market, the outbreak of super single products, the exclusive sale of retailers, the development of sub brands and the clearance of tail cargo.
Prior to this, Juhuasuan has opened up Taobao Tmall marketing platform. Last week, with the revision of the "six Palace", Juhuasuan's entry position was further strengthened, from second to the first, including Juhuasuan grabbing coupons, brand discounts, rush shopping and daily sales, almost occupying nearly half of the six palace.
It is understood that Juhuasuan launched the five major brand support plan, cutting the brand's five major needs.
The brand new customer program aims to help brands acquire the incremental users of the sinking market. Juhuasuan will integrate the resources of the Amoy department, link up with Ali mother's Taobao alliance, and Alipay will seize every day to help the brand realize the full coverage of the global operation and the cost performance crowd outside the station, at the same time, it will accurately touch the users of the three or four line cities. Data show that in 2018, the average number of brands participating in Juhuasuan was 80% from the new users, while nearly half of the new customers came from the sinking market. This year this figure will continue to improve.
The super single product plan aims to help the brand build the main exploding fund, and achieve the annual business layout of the brand core goods through the continuous deterministic resource protection. In the year, it plans to build 20 billion yuan single product, 1000 million single quantity single product.
The sale and sale underwriting plan is mainly aimed at the fast selling industry. It will open up deep cooperation in 1000+ brand volume business in the year to help the brand improve the unit price and the overall sales efficiency.
The sub brand development program aims to help group brand develop new brand and open up new consumer market. At present, Juhuasuan's "brand star" project has reached 36 domestic and international brand names with Lining's retrospective series, BELLE's "15 minutes", Barbara's "Bardi buddy" children's clothing, mercury home textile's "Jane's life", its "Yep" and ISDIN new series. We plan to support 100 new brands during the year.
The brand clearance plan will provide the online tail cargo solution to the brand through the independent clearance channel, Amoy exclusive position and weekend discount IP. During the weekend, I only have a month to sell online, and the sales scale has doubled.
In addition, Juhuasuan will focus on creating a series of core marketing IP, including brand explosion, brand growth, category extension, new customer acquisition and other latitudes.
