    Since 2002, Kangping has devoted itself to the research, development and industrial incubation of textile dyeing and finishing technology and equipment. Its leading product, digital automatic dyeing technology and equipment of cheese yarn, was awarded the first prize of the national science and Technology Progress Award in 2014. Based on this technology achievement, a standardized and reproducible yarn dyeing and dyeing plant sharing 20 thousand tons per year was built in Tai'an.

    The intelligent dyeing shared factory realizes digital and intelligent production of dyeing process through digitalization and intelligent dyeing process and equipment, improves the passing rate of dyeing once, achieves over 98%, reduces the repetition rate, improves the production efficiency by 28%, saves more than 80% of the labor force, and has remarkable effect in saving energy and reducing emissions. Compared with the indexes specified in the printing and dyeing industry's specification (2017 Edition), it saves 70% tons of yarn, reduces sewage discharge 68%, and reduces the total energy consumption by 45%.

      

    "Based on the needs of industries and the actual development of enterprises, the company should give full play to its technological advantages and plan in the dense areas of textile and garment industry, with government guidance, enterprises as the main body, market-oriented operation and multi-party cooperation mode, and build an intelligent dyeing and sharing plant, creating a" Kangping Na share mode ", and building an industry sharing intelligent dyeing platform to achieve win-win development for the industry's upstream and downstream enterprises.

    Liu Jiping, general manager of Kangping NAH said, "the company plans to build 50 intelligent dyeing and sharing factories in the whole country, all of which will achieve sales income of about 30 billion yuan per year, and achieve 889 thousand tons of standard coal in the year."

    At present, intelligent dyeing factories in Shandong, Xinjiang and Jiangsu are under construction.

    The first standardized intelligent dyeing factory in Kangping, Xintai, Shandong, the first intelligent dyeing factory in Xinjiang Korla, and the first intelligent dyeing factory in Jiangsu and Yancheng will be completed and put into operation in May.

      

    It is reported that the annual intelligent dyeing factory of 200 thousand tons of bobbins in Xintai is the first intelligent dyeing Park implemented in the "1+7" Regional Sharing plant system in Shandong printing and dyeing industry.

    After the completion of the project, it is expected that the annual revenue will reach 7 billion yuan, leading to 1500 jobs. It will become the largest trading base of colored yarn in the country, and will make important contributions to the economic development of the textile industry.
