Sai Lee Lee Acquired Jiangsu Xiangsheng, Consolidating The World'S Leading Producer Of Cellulose Fiber.

In April 30, 2019, Sai Lee acquired Jiangsu Xiangsheng viscose fiber Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Xiangsheng"), with an annual capacity of 250 thousand tonnes, so that the number of cellulosic cellulosic factories in China reached 4, with an annual capacity of 1 million 100 thousand tons, making it the world's largest manufacturer of fibrin fiber.

Xiangsheng, Jiangsu, located in Suqian, Jiangsu, has been suspended from production for more than 9 months since November 2017 due to heavy liabilities.

In August 2018, Sai Deli signed an agreement and legally leased Jiangsu Xiangsheng in the process of reorganization.

During the lease operation, Sai Deli, with its rich production technology and experience of cellulosic fiber, invested RMB 500 million yuan to upgrade and upgrade Jiangsu Xiangsheng so that its product quality, production efficiency and safety, environmental protection and compliance were significantly improved.

Sai Lee's successful recovery of Xiangsheng, Jiangsu, created more than 1500 jobs for the local community and contributed to the prosperity and stability of the local economy.

In April 27th, Sai Deli successfully won the Jiangsu Xiangsheng through the public auction, and the subsequent acquisition process is expected to be completed in the coming months.
