More Than Half The World'S Total Cross-Border Electricity Supplier Pactions In China Will Amount To $1 Trillion And 240 Billion.
It is estimated that by 2020, the global B2B electricity supplier's cross-border paction volume will be US $2 trillion and 320 billion, while China's cross-border B2B e-commerce will reach US $1 trillion and 240 billion.
"China's cross-border B2B e-commerce pactions will account for more than half of the world's total."
On May 10th, at the third global cross-border e-commerce conference held in Zhengzhou, Zhao Huxiang, President of the China International Freight Forwarders Association and Sinop Limited's former chairman, said that the global B2B e-commerce cross-border pactions in 2020 were expected to be US $2 trillion and 320 billion, while the cross-border B2B e-commerce pactions in China will reach US $1 trillion and 240 billion and the global share will exceed half.
Zhao Huxiang believes that under the promotion of consumption upgrading and industrial interconnection, in the era of pparent Internet plus, in the era of platform sharing economy, cross-border electricity providers and international freight forwarding logistics will eventually be deeply integrated into a new type of ecology. Trade and logistics are inseparable. Online and offline businesses are inseparable. B2B and B2C are inseparable.
Driven by this new ecosystem, under the influence of Internet big data and other information technology, through the cross-border connection between platforms, the participants of the global trade will eventually achieve the organic integration of logistics, business flow, information flow and capital flow.
Consumption interconnection industry subversion traditional mode
Zhao Huxiang believes that cross border electricity providers and international freight forwarding a common purpose of service or the theme of the times is to promote global trade facilitation.
There is a common market base for both online and offline businesses.
Especially in the current situation of China's consumption upgrading and industrial interconnection, it has ushered in a common historical development opportunity.
The first is the market opportunities brought about by the upgrading of B2C consumption.
China is shifting from the mode of economic growth driven by the consumption of manufacturing resources to the consumption driven stage of human centered consumption.
Consumption is playing an increasingly important role in promoting the high quality development of China's economy and meeting the needs of people for a better life.
Statistics show that consumption has become a mainstay of China's economic growth in 2018, and its contribution to economic growth has reached 76.2% over the past year, up 18.6 percentage points from the previous year.
The most direct impact of consumption upgrading on logistics is enterprise centered, and gradually changing to customer centered. Mass production is giving way to mass customization.
The whole industry should be flexible, responsive and service oriented.
The second is the market opportunity brought by B2B industry interconnection.
In terms of industrial interconnection, as the Internet begins to enter users and service entities, only the Internet companies that have mastered the supply chain and the entity logistics enterprises that are fully connected to China can win.
The driving force of shared economy will be shifted from C terminal to B terminal, and the line between B2B and B2C will be opened across the entire line.
Consumption interconnection is just the tip of the iceberg, and industrial interconnection will uncover massive markets under the sea level.
At the same time, it will also overturn the traditional industrial mode.
It is estimated that the global B2B business will reach $6 trillion and 700 billion by 2020.
The scale will be two times that of B2C, of which more than 1/3 comes from cross border pactions, about $2 trillion and 320 billion.
China's cross-border B2B e-commerce pactions will reach $1 trillion and 240 billion, accounting for more than half of the world's total.
As the world's largest market, enhancing B2B logistics is still the main demand of China's logistics industry.
It is estimated that in the next three to five years, China's logistics enterprises will accelerate the embrace of the Internet, and the industrial Internet will accelerate its start.
Third, in the context of consumption upgrading and industrial interconnection, cross-border e-commerce and logistics share a common mission. This is to promote the high quality development of China's economy, to achieve more efficient international trade through cross-border electricity providers, and to achieve more efficient international logistics through the pformation of international freight forwarders, which is the two major starting point for achieving the high quality development of China's economy.
Overseas buyers can not afford cross-border e-commerce.
Zhao Huxiang pointed out that in order to make international trade and international logistics the two major starting points for China's high-quality economic development, there are three main ways to achieve it.
The first is trade upgrading.
Cross border electricity providers have become the mainstream mode of international trade, and the upgrading from B2C to B2B must be accelerated.
Zhao Huxiang believes that although cross-border electricity providers have played a major role in promoting the steady development of Global trade, they have not yet become the mainstream mode of international trade.
On the one hand, cross border electricity providers serve mainly small and medium enterprises and individuals in the world. These small and medium enterprises and individuals have gained the right to participate in international trade through cross-border e-commerce platform, but they do not have the right to speak. They are still the leading enterprises in the process of globalization.
On the other hand, the mainstream of cross-border e-commerce is still concentrated in the C side. From the perspective of terminal consumption upstream supply chain, many cross-border e-commerce platforms rely on overseas buyers, overseas direct mail.
Such a small-scale B2C mode can not support the cross-border electricity supplier industry. Cross border B2B mode is believed to be the main force of cross-border electricity providers in the future.
In 2018, the total retail import and export commodities of China Customs cross border electricity supplier management platform totaled 134 billion 700 million yuan, up 50% over the same period last year.
Roughly estimated, the current cross-border electricity supplier B2B pactions up to 85%, so whether from the global or domestic perspective, cross-border electricity providers to truly become the mainstream mode of international trade, must be upgraded from B2C to B2B.
At the same time, the relevant parties also need to further optimize the process and rules of cross-border electricity providers, enrich the connotation and extension of cross-border electricity providers, so as to precipitate them from a new trade mode to a mature and mainstream mode of trade.
The second is logistics upgrading.
Zhao Huxiang believes that the international freight forwarding must strive to build the mainstream of cross border electricity supplier chain to enter the new era.
The development of cross-border e-commerce is inseparable from the support of efficient cross border e-commerce logistics services. As a traditional international freight forwarding industry, it is necessary to achieve the upgrading of cross-border e-commerce logistics service standards.
From freight middlemen to whole logistics operators upgrading, establish end to end logistics system, enhance the efficiency, quality and experience of all links.
It is also necessary to upgrade the logistics operation integration from offline logistics providers to offline and offline integrated logistics operations, and realize the online visualization of the offline business processes to meet the needs of customer mobile visualization services.
Third, single store single link logistics service providers are upgrading to cross border logistics operators.
Through linking upstream and downstream logistics extension services to achieve upstream and downstream system docking, and supply and demand convergence, the implementation of full chain service capabilities.
