Suning.com announced that the 37 stores of Wanda Department will be renamed suning.com Plaza and will be built into a smart retail plaza.

Back in February 12th, Zhang Jindong, chairman of suning.com, announced a big deal at the Spring Festival rally. Suning.com formally acquired all 37 department stores owned by Wanda Department store.

Public information shows that Wanda's 37 stores in the country are mostly located in the CBD or downtown area of the first and second tier cities, with more than 4 million members.
It is reported that, with the original 19 suning.com square and 16 Suning Plaza, Suning's lower Plaza has reached 72 formats, and has officially built a large domestic self operated smart retail plaza system.
