In the second announcement issued this morning, Anta sports said that the affiliates subscribed HK $49.11 in new shares, accounting for 0.59% of the total share capital, which was about 1.19% less than the closing price of the 49.70 day before the subscription date, and the subscription amount amounted to HK $778 million.

The subscriber is the main shareholder of Mascot JVCo, and is the main investment tool of Dennis J.Wilson, the founder of lululemon athletica Inc., the famous sports brand in the United States.

Anta sports indirectly owns 57.95% of Mascot JVCo, so Mascot JVCo is Anta Affiliated Companies.

Yesterday, the Blue Orca, the US short selling agency, suggested shorting Anta sports at the Sohn Conference conference, which questioned Anta's accounting and corporate management level, saying Anta's share price had a 30% drop compared with the report's release.

According to Bloomberg data, 31 of the 38 analysts who cover Anta sports give a "buy" rating, which is expected to yield 30% in the next 12 months.

Affected by this, Anta sports listed the first time in the list of active stock pactions in May 30th. In the past month, Hong Kong shares were listed on the list for the first time.
