Ganzhou Municipal Supervision Bureau Has Promulgated 14 Measures To Support The Development Of Textile And Garment Industry.
In order to fully support the development of Ganzhou's textile and garment industry cluster and give full play to the functional advantages of the integrated market supervision department, Ganzhou municipal market supervision bureau has issued 14 specific measures recently. It will support the development of textile and garment industry from such aspects as attracting investment, improving product quality, encouraging the development of electricity providers, cultivating independent property rights, reducing the cost of testing, and strengthening product supervision.
In terms of attracting investment, the Bureau will set up 2 investment teams for textile and garment industry to carry out investment promotion work in the national textile and garment industry cluster area. Every six months, Yudu, Ningdu, Shicheng, Ruijin, Xingguo and other textile and garment industries gather in counties (cities) to the coastal areas to carry out the "multi county one in one" special investment promotion, focus on recommendation, collective signing, and enhance visibility.
At the same time, the Bureau will carry out the quality improvement action of textile and garment industry, encourage enterprises to use the excellent performance management mode, promote the advanced quality management methods, guide more than 100 textile and garment enterprises to carry out online and offline clothing sales, and promote the registration of collective trademarks such as "Yudu women's wear", "Shicheng shoes and caps" and "Ningdu men's clothing", so as to help enterprises expand the financing channels through the trademark exclusive rights and patent pledge loans; increase the cultivation of intellectual property rights demonstration enterprises, promote the support policy of intellectual property rights implementation, such as tutoring, certification and so on, and tilt into the textile and garment enterprises. The enterprises that have obtained patents for invention patents, utility models and designs patents will be subsidized 2000 yuan, 300 yuan and 150 yuan respectively.
In addition, the textile and garment enterprises settled in the gathering area and the municipal and municipal supervision departments are charged by 18 of the textile measuring instruments in the catalogue of Jiangxi provincial metrological verification fees standard according to the 70% of the charging standard. In the light of the minor social consequences of the first illegal act of the textile and garment enterprises in the cluster area, which have been actively corrected, and have not caused any harm to the society and people, administrative guidance shall be strengthened, and educational norms shall be the main ones, and administrative penalties shall be exempted from them in accordance with the law.
