Jingdong And China Cultural Media Group Protect Business Intellectual Property Rights
Jingdong group and China Cultural Media Group signed an agreement on intellectual property rights. According to the agreement, China Cultural Media Group will build a new model of intellectual property protection in the field of electronic commerce based on the platform of its Chinese cultural media IP (Jingdong).
In recent years, the visual power industry has been developing rapidly, and the short video frequency of the electricity supplier has increased exploding. At the end of 2018, the number of Jingdong short video products increased by more than 145 times compared with the beginning of the year, covering 80% of the active shops, and the number of users who watched short video products increased by 167% over the same period last year.

At the same time, some platforms or individuals frequently seize and use copyright works of other platforms or businesses, thereby harming the rights and interests of the original authors.
In this regard, Jingdong will jointly establish an effective intellectual property protection mechanism with China cultural media group to ensure that businesses' assets are not infringed, and promote the benign development of the original ecology of e-commerce.
