Reporters learned from the Ministry of industry and information technology, 1-5 months in 2019, China Spin Clothing exports totaled 99 billion 600 million US dollars, down 2.2% compared to the same period last year. Among them, the total export of textiles was 48 billion 300 million US dollars, an increase of 1.5% over the same period last year, and the total export of garments was US $51 billion 300 million, down 5.5% compared with the same period last year.


In the month of May 2019, China's textile and clothing exports amounted to 23 billion 800 million US dollars, up 2.8% over the same period last year. Among them, textile exports amounted to $11 billion 600 million, an increase of 3.9% over the previous year, and clothing exports of $12 billion 200 million, an increase of 1.7% over the same period last year.
