    Krypton Space Won 1 Billion Yuan Financing New CEO Investment Partner For Gopet Real Estate Fund

    In May 15, 2019, krypton space announced the completion of 1 billion yuan financing, jointly funded by IDG capital, gphi asset and Yi Xing capital.

    The financing has become a high single financing in krypton space history, and the funds will be used to further promote the development and implementation of the new strategy of "full cycle enterprise office service providers".

    Krypton space was founded in 2014 in Zhongguancun, Beijing. It is an innovative incubator identified by Zhongguancun Management Committee. It was operated independently from 36 krypton in early 2016, and the development direction of joint office was confirmed.

    As of April 2019, krypton space has covered 10 cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hongkong, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Tianjin, Xiamen, Hefei and so on, operating more than 40 joint office communities and leading in the industry.

    In the past development process, krypton space's products, technology and service capabilities have undergone many iterations. At present, they have mature space product planning capabilities, leading intelligent technology and big data analysis capabilities and refined asset operation and management capabilities.

    The original incubation business has been incorporated into the value-added service system and has been continuously optimized. At present, there are more than 200 projects in the 11 phase of the incubation period. The total valuation of the project is more than 25 billion yuan. At the same time, it has accumulated a large amount of support from resources, funds and policies, and is competitive in venture capital and enterprise value-added services.

    Based on the above comprehensive strength, under the new strategic guidance of "full cycle enterprise office service providers", krypton space will be upgraded from "joint office" to "integrated office services + new asset management" business mode.

    Continue to provide flexible office for small and micro enterprises, large enterprises and super customers, and customize office space, including one-stop office services, including office assets acquisition, financing, space operation trusteeship, etc., and deeply cover the diversified needs of enterprises in the whole life cycle represented by the new economy.

    At the same time, we should cooperate with mainstream real estate funds, developers, governments and more owners in the form of strategic alliance cooperation.

    Through light asset mode, we can achieve project acquisition, replanning and pformation of stock assets, construction of innovative ecology, value-added operation of assets, and so on, enabling more upstream and downstream partners of office and enterprise service ecosystem chain.

    In April of this year, Wang Xuequan, an investment partner of the original Kopf asset real estate fund, formally joined krypton space and served as CEO.

    Prior to that, he had 18 years of experience in China's commercial real estate industry, and developed and managed a large commercial complex over 500 thousand square meters.

    Wang Xuequan said that joining krypton space is in line with its career path and is also a new starting point for his career.
