New Feng Ming 2 Million 200 Thousand Tons PTA Project Is Expected To Be Put Into Operation In September.

The new annual project of Zhejiang Dushan Energy Co., Ltd. will produce an annual output of 2 million 200 thousand tons of PTA project. It will enter the acceptance stage of the China Unicom in July. The commissioning test will start at the end of 8, and it is expected to be formally put into operation in September.

It is understood that the 5 million ton PTA project in Dushan, Pinghu, started construction in May 2017. It is the first important project for new Feng Ming to build up the overall industrial chain of polyester filament in the strategic planning of Zhejiang. The project adopts the latest generation of PTA technology of BP company. After the first phase of the project, the capacity of 2 million 200 thousand tons of PTA can be achieved, which basically meets the raw materials needed for the production of polyester filament at this stage. By the end of 5 2019, the project had invested 3 billion 37 million yuan, accounting for 75.93% of the total projected investment. At present, the installation of the first phase project is all in place, and the pipeline installation is in the later stage.

2019 is the key year for new Feng Ming to put forward the goal of "three years of recycling and a new phoenix". The company plans to achieve 5 million 700 thousand tons of filament production capacity and 5 million tons of PTA capacity. As the company's first PTA production project, Dushan's 5 million tons PTA project has been highly valued by the chairman and relevant leaders of the new Feng Ming group, and has been strictly controlled from the project schedule to the installation and operation technology, so as to ensure that the project can be successfully put into operation according to the plan.

The main business of new Feng Ming is the R & D, production and sales of civilian polyester filament. Its products cover more than 400 series of specifications, such as POY, FDY and DTY, which are mainly used in clothing, home textiles and industrial textiles. Since its inception, the company has been focusing on the field of civilian polyester filament, and is one of the most professional polyester filament production enterprises with annual production capacity of more than one million tons. In 2018, the company had a market share of nearly 10%, ranking second in the industry. With the PTA project being put into operation on time, the company's ability to control upstream raw material costs will be further enhanced.
