Enping Convened A Symposium On Textile And Garment Industry To Respond Positively To Enterprise Demands

Recently, Enping held a forum on textile and garment industry. Xie Chaowu, Secretary of the Enping Municipal Committee, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, representatives from various enterprises of Enping textile and garment industry association spoke positively, respectively, on talent recruitment, industry development, enterprise financing, environmental protection policy and so on. Xie Chaowu listened carefully to the opinions of the enterprises and responded to some questions at the scene, and put forward some guiding opinions on the development of the industry.

Xie Chaowu stressed that we should further investigate and strengthen the structural adjustment of the industrial chain. According to the development needs of enterprises, we should strengthen the interaction between upstream and downstream industries, and improve the layout of the industrial chain of textile and garment industry.

We must deepen technological transformation and implement environmental protection requirements. Strictly according to environmental protection requirements, do well in enterprise production, reduce pollutant emission, strengthen coordination, and enhance solid waste treatment capacity.

We must do well in school enterprise cooperation and carry out order type personnel training. We should learn from the practice of advanced areas, guide the associations to liaison with schools and training institutions, make good use of the existing educational resources such as vocational education centers, intervene personnel training in advance, and go out to actively recruit talents in the field.

We should conscientiously grasp the policy documents and find a way out for the development of enterprises. Governments at all levels have issued encouraging policies with high gold content. Enterprises should arrange specialized personnel to interpret, implement policy requirements, obtain government support funds, and speed up enterprise development.

We must coordinate all sides and try every means to solve the problem of financing in the industry, so as to change the situation that we want to borrow money without borrowing money, and do not want to borrow money.
