Zhu Youheng introduced that Qingdao can produce 10000 tons of waste textiles every year, of which 80% of the waste clothing is occupied.

Luo Guijun said that in the old clothing recycling industry, although recycling accounts for the largest proportion, profits can only account for 25%-30% of the whole industry. For the future development of enterprises, we must invest more in the field of regeneration, and carry out in-depth exploration and research and development.

In the sorting plant, 70% to 80% of the old clothes are recycled, while the remaining part is newly made and can meet the export requirements. This part of the old clothes will be exported to overseas for sale as second-hand clothing.

Foreign purchasers negotiate with domestic factories to conclude purchase agreements and contracts. After that, the factories produce and purchase according to the procurement contract, and deliver the goods to the other countries' ports through the third party freight forwarder. After the purchasers make the payment, the domestic factories issue the bill of lading, and the purchasers take the order to pick up the goods at the port.

In Qingdao, there are many similar businesses. Zhu Youheng, general manager of Qingdao clothing recycling environmental protection technology company, introduced the company's purchase of old clothes at the price of 1500 yuan / ton. After sorting, it sold to Guangzhou export company at the price of 5000 yuan / ton, and Guangzhou's export company finally sold it to non continents at the price of 7000-8000 yuan / ton.

A lot of waste clothing recycling industry has said that the export of old clothes is the only part of the old clothing recycling industry that can generate greater profits.

It is understood that the export of old clothing accounts for twenty or thirty of the total recovery, but its profits can account for 60%-70% of total profits.

If we want to develop, enterprises must develop in a large scale. Luo Guijun said that the industry has developed to a certain stage, with more and more participants, the original high profits will return to a reasonable interval, in the old clothing recycling industry, is 10% to 15% profit margins.

From another point of view, after the scale of enterprises is formed, it is more worthy of capital investment. If the volume is not enough, the product development and market development will be difficult to get a good return. But this scale does not mean that it must be an enterprise, from recycling to sorting, to export or recycling to form a closed loop completely.
