    In March 15, 2017, the former State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued the "Interim Measures for the seven day no return of online purchases of goods", which guaranteed the implementation of the 7 day rule of return without any reason for consumers after shopping through non physical stores such as Internet, TV and mail order. Since the implementation of the measures, it has played a positive role in improving the network market environment and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. The public comment network will be unified with the municipal market supervision bureau to publicized the four star and five star "red shield rights protection contact points" of the city, and consumers can search the "right protection contact point" on the public comment website to get information from their nearest service outlets.
