Good News: 2019 China Textile Industry Federation's Product Development Award Award Begins.

In order to encourage product development and management innovation, set up a pioneer enterprise for product development and management innovation in China's textile industry, establish and promote the product development and innovation management mode of sustainable development, improve the competitiveness of Chinese textile enterprises' product design market and promote industrial transformation and upgrading, the China Textile Federation will carry out the 2019 annual "China Textile Industry Federation product development contribution award" (hereinafter referred to as "product development contribution award"), and the product development award jury office is set up in the China Textile Industry Federation Productivity Promotion Department. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

I. purpose of activities

The 2019 annual award for product development award is centered on product innovation and development to promote the sustainable development of enterprises, highlighting the role of product development and management innovation in promoting the development of new products and optimizing the product mix, and advocating market development oriented product development models that focus on market demand, pay attention to environmental protection, energy conservation and consumption reduction and circular economy, attach importance to the application of the new generation of information technology in product development, such as artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing, attach importance to the industrialization application of advanced and applicable technologies such as new materials, new processes and new designs, pay attention to the integration and effective coordination of industrial chain resources, improve the added value and market competitiveness of products, and promote the construction of textile power.

Two. Scope of declaration

Any organization registered in People's Republic of China and having the function of developing textile products may declare, including but not limited to: R & D, manufacturing, spinning and weaving intermediaries, industrial cluster areas and textile specialized markets, such as fibres, yarns, fabrics, garments, household textiles and industrial textiles, auxiliaries for dyeing and finishing, textile machinery, etc.

All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Committee of the textile (clothing) association, China Textile Association professional associations and related units can recommend excellent textile and garment enterprises (units) to declare.

Three. Awards setting

1. Product Development Award: according to the evaluation criteria of the China Textile Industry Federation's product development award award, it is produced in the R & D and manufacturing enterprises from the declared fibers, yarns, fabrics, clothing, household textiles and industrial textiles, dyeing auxiliaries, textile machinery and other research and development enterprises.

2. Product Development Promotion Award: according to the evaluation criteria of the China Textile Industry Federation's product development award, it comes from the declared textile intermediaries, industrial cluster areas and textile specialized markets.

Four. Review procedure

The "product development contribution award" is evaluated by the Organizing Committee of product development contribution award, and the assessment procedure is as follows:

(1) formal examination: the office of the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award is responsible for the formal examination of the declared materials. Submit the declaration materials that are qualified for formal examination to the Organizing Committee for product development contribution appraisal.

(two) qualification examination: the office of the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award is responsible for the qualification examination of all the reporting units according to the declared materials, and the reporting enterprises (units) that have passed the qualification examination have entered the preliminary list of the annual product development contribution award.

(three) initial evaluation: the Organizing Committee of the product development Contribution Award Committee organizes the evaluation experts according to the implementation rules of the China Textile Industry Federation's product development award, adopts the comprehensive evaluation method of qualitative and quantitative combination, conducts preliminary evaluation on the initial list enterprises (units), and produces the preliminary evaluation results.

(four) reappraisal: the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award has final approval of the preliminary evaluation results, and has produced the list of winners of the product development contribution award this year and made resolutions.

(five) publicity: the result of the award of the product development Contribution Award Committee is the website of China Textile Economic Information Network and textile guide.

Five, recognition and promotion

(1) according to the new product development situation of the declared enterprises (Annex 2, table 2, 2018-2019 key new products), we recommend the "2019 textile ten major innovative products cultivation and promotion" project.

(two) awarded the award-winning unit annual "China Textile Industry Federation product development contribution (promotion) Award" honorary title; in the "2019 China Textile Innovation annual meeting", awarded certificates and medals to the winning units.

(three) the award-winning units were invited to give keynote speeches and experience sharing in the corresponding forum of "2019 China Textile Innovation annual meeting".

(four) major industry media will conduct follow-up interviews with award-winning units and set up columns to publicize and promote advanced experience of enterprises.

(five) the product development and management cases of the award-winning enterprises will be selected and incorporated into the 2019 China textile product development report "innovation example >".

The enterprise declaring the product development contribution award should fill in the declaration form of the China Textile Industry Federation's product development contribution award 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the declaration form, see Annex 2), product development management case (requirements and declaration template as detailed in Annex 1), send it to gxj@cntac.org.cn by E-mail form, or log on to www.ctic.org.cn/ctic website, submit application materials online.

The declaration form needs to be printed separately, and the scanned part will be sent to the mailbox gxj@cntac.org.cn after the official seal is affixed.
